Brookridge Assisted Living in Apex, North Carolina

The lady who runs the place, I won't name name's, is highly disrespectful. I called to ask a question about a family member of mine who resides there, and was treated with the upmost distasteful attitude. The manager actually, was unwilling to give me her name, but she finally did, and when I asked for the number of who actually owns the facility she said, " I do" . I had to find out on my own. A place in Tennessee I believe. I got the run around several times. I actually was told that the woman I spoke with, the so called owner had to deal with around 80 to 100 people a day, so therefore she was in her right to be mean and have a bad attitude. Hahaha!!! I said" I don't want to hear that ever again as an excuse, because she should switch professions if she can't handle it." I deal with well over a hundred people in my profession and I still don't treat people with disrespect because I'm overwhelmed. NO EXCUSE!! I also witnessed her ignoring an elderly lady in z wheelchair who was literally begging her to answer a question. I actually started trying to help that lady because I felt so bad for her. BTW, I just asked about my cousins money that he kept calling me about because he wasn't getting it in months. Stay away from this place. I wouldn't house my dog there.
