Chili's Grill & Bar in Apex, North Carolina

My friend and I visit this location about once a month every month. Over all we have a good time. We request Alison's section and she takes great care of us, I would give here 5 stars personally. The reason I give 4 stars to the location is, we have had a few visits that weren't the best. 1. They close at 11pm we showed up at 10:30pm and were rushed by the person helping our server. 2. There was screaming coming from the kitchen. It's was not the typical kitchen yelling/working sounds. It was a scream of pain and it occurred a few times during the time we were there. 3. We got a Togo order at 10:50pm and the chicken was not fully cooked. We called the next day and the first response was "I wish you had told us yesterday so we could have fixed it for you then." So, I reminded the person that we picked it up at 10:50pm and checked it (from the outside it looked cooked). Once we got home and started eating they were closed so that wouldn't of made sense to call after they had closed... They did end up taking care of the situation be replacing the dish the next time we were in. Besides those visits, we enjoy going ESPECIALLY when we have Alison as our server! She is pleasant, efficient, and always makes us feel welcomed.

This is the best Chili's location!! The manager is amazing. He's always helping out. The staff is friendly. The food is fresh and they have the BEST guacamole!!
