The parking situation is a nightmare and the attendants have no clue what is going on. After waiting half an hour to park we were told to "loop around". I said "Loop around where?" Attendant repeated "Loop around" exasperated but wouldn't give me further direction on were to park. Ended up at Boyce Farms which was a much better experience: Friendly attendents, clear directions, really great trees. Avoid Jordan Lake Farm. It isn't worth the hassle to be treated like you are an inconvenience to the employees.

This place is amazing! It reminds me a when I was a kid and went out in the country and selected our tree. We go here every year and it gets better each year. The trees are excellent (sturdy frazier firs with no dead spots), the gift shop and food makes it more fun for my kids. Thanks for the experience we will be back next year as well.
