Mr Tire Auto Service Centers in Apex, North Carolina

Sorry no stars wasn't an option. Wife took car for inspection, made her pay for inspection even though it didn't pass. This does not follow the state laws of NC. Manager says F- U in a dispute that she has to pay and threatens to call police. My. wife turns over the pencil cup and gets called an Fn B. I go back for an explanation, and was told by the so called manager Rick, that I wasn't getting an explaination and that he is calling the police. While on the phone to the police he says "I asked the customer to leave." That actually never happened. I left and have no reason to go back, but I would really avoid this place. I was at this location 2 weeks ago getting two tires and an Inspection. Got a call vehicle was done. Payed and asked for the inspection paperwork. Inspection wasn't done. Waited another 45 min. Manager didn't offer any "sorry for the mix up" he just wanted me to pay and be gone. It would be nice for cooperate to review this location. I have a feeling they already know and won't be doing anything about it. There are too many other mediocre tire shops in the area with better service.

I have been coming to this Mr. Tire location for about 2 years. The shop techs are efficient and very fast. The guys at the front desk always go out of their way to make sure we get the best price and get in and out of there as quickly as we can. With all this construction in the triangle, I have bad luck with getting nails in my tires. It's happened 4 times in 1 year. These guys always make their best effort to properly and safely repair the tire, rather than just try to sell me a new one. That kind of honesty and service is hard to come by at an auto shop these days. I highly recommend this location and all of the staff. Thanks for taking such good care of us guys!
