North Carolina House Speaker Tim Moore will not be seeking reelection, ABC affiliate WTVD reports. In January, Moore started his fifth term as speaker -- a state record. According to WTVD, Moore came to the decision months ago and is still figuring out what comes next. Moore recently made headlines after a lawsuit was filed against him. The suit, which has since been dismissed, alleged Moore started an affair with the wife of a former Apex city councilman and engaged in group sex with other people seeking political favor.
