Steven E. Crouse will be appointed Chief Financial Officer of MVBF upon conclusion of the transaction in accordance with the previously disclosed definitive merger agreement between Integrated Financial Holdings Inc. ('IFH') and MVB Financial Corp. In his new position, Crouse will be in charge of all financial and fiscal management facets of MVB's business operations. Crouse will offer leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting, finance, and budgeting initiatives of the organisation, reporting to Don Robinson, President of MVBF and MVB Bank.
